Good things to know
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. You can request a quote first if you would like pricing before visiting.
How much is a diagnostic?
A non-refundable diagnostic deposit is required and applied toward your repair: $60 for phones, tablets and laptops, $80 for desktop computers. If the device turns out to be unrepairable, everything paid above the deposit is refunded.
How long will my repair take?
Many common phone repairs can be completed the same day when the required part is in stock. More involved repairs commonly take one to three business days. We'll provide a more specific estimate after checking the device.
What warranty will my repair include?
Phone, tablet and HDMI port repairs carry a lifetime warranty against non-accidental defects. Laptop and console repairs, battery replacements and devices bought from us are covered for one year. Accessories are covered for 30 days, and screen protectors are replaced for $10 each, for life.
Will repairing my device erase my data?
Most hardware repairs do not erase your data. We'll warn you beforehand if software work or a failing storage device could put your data at risk. Backing up important information is always recommended.
What if my device isn't worth repairing?
We'll tell you. We can explain the alternatives and may be able to make an offer for the device instead.
